Chris Sonksen is a Pastor of South Hills in Southern California and an author of a handful of books, most recently, “Quit Church.” In this conversation we hear the challenges with church culture, in particular with engagement. Research is showing that at least 80% of the church work is being done by 20% of the population. Every year in America, 15,000 churches shut their doors.
